Prices listed on Toupee Corp or provided by any representatives of Toupee Corp are subject to change without a prior notice.


2. Return and refund policy

We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase every time you work with Toupee Corp. If you are satisfied with our service, please leave us a positive feedback and rate the details of the transaction. Your recognition will make us more confident to develop business and serve you better.

In case of a product defect, that is in accordance with the terms and conditions following, Toupee Corp will replaces the product free of charge or make a refund. Please email us before leaving negative feedback or open any dispute. We understand the concerns and frustrations you might have, and will do our endeavor to resolve the issue. Please give us the opportunity to resolve any problem.

Hair extensions

If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us within 14 days of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear. Buyer must provide photos and/or videos that demonstrate fault. We will require any faulty hair back in full for testing and examination, provided that the product(s) are undamaged and (insofar as possible) are in the original and undamaged packaging. Hair must be received by us within 10 days of the reported date before any further damage can occur.

A refund will be issued with the original delivery cost deducted, as quick as possible, provided that the Product has been returned to the Seller.

If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.

Refunds or exchanges will be the equivalent value of hair products received.


For all wigs/toupees items it must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of product(s). We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of any items that have been worn, damaged. If an item we receive has been worn, damaged, or the item deemed unacceptable (have been customized, including custom colors or lengths). We reserve the right to return to you any unacceptable pieces. All packaging for product must be intact and not damaged in any way.

To request a refund or exchange, customers must inform us within 14 days of receipt by calling +84 96 884 8980 or by email:, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We will only replace or refund after we have received the goods. We take no responsibility for returns lost by postal services. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked or that insures you for the value of the goods.


How long will it take to refund me?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions/ wigs / Toupees comply with the above mentioned conditions. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?

Delivery charges (the cost you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us and have requested a refund.
