Q1. Is the hair virgin unprocessed?

A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.

Q2. Why the hair has grey hair?

A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle

Q3. How many bundles for a full head? (For hair weave bundles)

12″-14″: 2 bundles, 16″-20″: 3 bundles, 22″-28″: 4 bundles or more

Q4. How long is the processing and shipment time?

We have a lot of orders so we must arrange them. Normally, it takes us 10-12 working days for preparation.

For big orders, we will base the actual number of orders and let you know the estimated processing time before accepting to help you make the plan accordingly.

We ship the parcel by FedEx, UPS or DHL. Normally need about 2~3 workdays to USA. 3~4 workdays to UK. And 5~6 workdays to Africa and other countries.

Q5. Is there any Customs tax?

A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice as your request, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a message when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.

Q6. What is your Returns/Exchange policy?

A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.

Q7. What type of hair care products should I use?

A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.

  1. Use good shampoo and hair conditioner to care is important for keeping the hair soft and shiny.
  2. You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.
  3. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

Q8. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A: The Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.

  • Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help on hair.
  • Detangle hair from roots to ends before washing.
  • For blonde hair, do not blow dry or apply heat over adhesives.

Q9: How long does it last?

A: This hair is 100% human Remy virgin hair, unprocessed, can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain. Treat our hair like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

Q10: Why the color of hair extensions don’t seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?

A: Different monitor has different display. And every time, maybe the same color will have a little color differential. You could dye the Vietnamese virgin hair if you need different color.

Q11: Can they be straightened, curled?

A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the virgin human hair.

However, don’t do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

Q12. Can I dye/color the hair?

A: Yes. The hair is made of 100% virgin Vietnamese human hair, so they can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dyeing darker, since it is difficult for the original color to fade. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend you to ask for help from your hairdresser.

Q13. How do I know if the hair is human hair?

A: Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.

Q14. What is MOQ?

A: For sample order, we welcome buyers with different order size at the moment and thus have no strict limit on minimum order quantity. However, for next orders, please make order from 0.5 kg upwards per each style/color/size.

Q16. What is your payment terms?

A: Dear, we accept Western Union, MoneyGram, bank transfer (T/T) and PayPal. If you pay via Western Union or MoneyGram, please kindly check send us the MTCN.

We also need your receiver name, address, phone number, zip code, email, so that we can delivery our hair for you at first time when we receive your full payment.
