We are a human hair company that was established in 2015. We are based in Vietnam and we provide premium Vietnamese hair to customers all over the world.
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality hair extensions. Our hair is sourced from young, healthy donors and it is processed using the latest technology to ensure that it is soft, silky, and manageable.
We offer a wide variety of hair extensions, including straight, wavy, and curly styles. We also offer a variety of lengths and thicknesses to choose from.
Step 2 - Contact our sales
You can contact us by phone, email, or live chat. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about our products and services. When you contact us, please be sure to have the following information ready:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your desired products
- Your requirements as lengths, colors, qualitites, styles
- Your budget
Step 3 - Get advice on products
Our sales team will help you choose the right products for your needs. We will consider your requirements, and budget to make sure you get the perfect hair for you. We will also answer any questions you have about the different types of products available, such as: Machine weft, hair extensions, …etc
Step 4 - Place an order
Once you have chosen your human hair, you can place an order directly with us. You can place an order online or over the phone. When you place an order, you will need to provide the following information:
- Receiver’s name
- Receiver’s phone number
- The shipping address in detail
Before placing an order, please make sure you have read our Returns and Refunds policies carefully. Besides, if you have any concerns, please visit our FAQs page or contact us directly.
Step 5 - Make the payment
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer and money transfer services. Once you have placed your order, you will be taken to a secure payment page where you can make your payment.
Step 6 - Process your order
Once your order is placed, we will process it and ship it to you as soon as possible. Depending on the amount of your order, it may take up to 21 business days to process your order.
Step 7 - Complete your order
Once your order is processed, we will send you pictures and videos of the order for you to check. Once you confirm your order, we will ship it to you.
Step 8 - Receive your product
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of your shipment. You will also receive an email notification when your order arrives.
